Since the very first day we opened,
our mission has been to promote the excellence of Italian artisan gelato, preserving the best of the traditional knowledge of our land.

Rosa Mediterraneo

Delicate fiordilatte enriched with fresh strawberry chutney sauce, scented with Mediterranean thyme and lifted by a lively hint of lemon. A harmonious blend of freshness and natural aromas

Flamingo Tropical

Coconut gelato swirled with pineapple, peach and chili chutney sauce. A perfect balance between fruity sweetness, exotic freshness and refined spiciness

Mango Spice

Fresh mango flavour, intensely fragrant, with a spiced ripple featuring notes of pink pepper and ginger, leading to a surprisingly aromatic finish

Variegato Maxi

Creamy fiordilatte wrapped in soft cascades of white chocolate and intense milk chocolate, where the purity of milk meets the sweet seduction of cocoa

 Tiramisù

Peppermint & Dark Chocolate

Sweet & Salty

Bueno

Velvety hazelnut and cocoa cream blending into an irresistible embrace, enriched with a hazelnut brittle swirl and milk chocolate crumble

Zabaione

The absolute star is Marsala wine, with its warm, intense aroma, blending with the delicacy of egg custard to create a refined balance

Made with carefully selected local strawberries, it releases the full authentic flavour of freshly picked fruit. An explosion of natural sweetness and a true expression of the land

A refined and seductive flavour made with prized pistachios from the island of Aegina, renowned for their natural savoury notes, beautifully contrasted by a swirl of juicy sour cherries

Double Rum Brittle

Made with rum aged in oak barrels and almond granules, releasing warm, spiced and lightly vanilla notes

 

Croccante Amarena

The delicacy of fiordilatte is swept away by the intensity of sour cherry, enriched with crunchy flakes of hazelnuts, amaretti biscuits, meringues and dark chocolate

Traditional Cream

A velvety cream created from the meeting of precious Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and pasteurised eggs from free-range hens

Zuppa inglese

Crafted with Alchermes liqueur by Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Florence. A blend of sweetness and aromatic intensity, enriched with chocolate flakes

Nutella

Creamy Nutella-flavoured gelato, inspired by the iconic Ferrero hazelnut and cocoa spread smooth, enveloping and irresistibly indulgent

 

Mandarino

Fresh, aromatic citrus notes blend into a velvety creaminess. The taste of Sicily in every spoonful, incredibly refreshing

Coconut

Crafted exclusively with Asian coconut, its creaminess is enriched with dehydrated coconut flakes that add a pleasant crunchy note

Salted Caramel

Classic caramel enhanced with sea salt from the Culcasi salt pans, creating the famous sweet-and-salty contrast with a golden amber hue

 

Caffè

A gelato with a bold body and enveloping aroma, crafted with premium blends of carefully selected and roasted coffee beans to release their full intensity

Pistachio Cheesecake

The full flavour of green gold blends with the velvety sweetness of cheesecake, creating a perfect balance of smoothness, character and indulgence

Dark Chocolate

Intense, pure, premium dark chocolate, naturally dairy-free. A gelato with a bold character, featuring toasted and slightly spiced notes

Milk Chocolate

Made with raw cocoa sourced from Ecuador and enriched with high-quality milk, creating a smooth, enveloping roundness with delicate floral and fruity notes

 

Ricotta & Caramelised Figs

Velvety, fresh and delicate ricotta meets the intense sweetness of caramelised figs, slowly transformed into a fragrant golden cascade

 

Liquorice

A flavour with a strong, magnetic character, made with fine Calabrian liquorice, pure and natural, symbol of an ancient tradition, with long-lasting notes

Mango

With its velvety pulp and intense aroma, it releases exotic notes for a refined, tropical and surprisingly enveloping flavour

Bella degli Abati

The warm notes of ginger evoke Hell; the buttery notes of walnut, the souls toward Purgatory; honey embodies the absolute sweetness of Paradise, a tribute to The Divine Comedy.

Artisan Gelato

Making gelato requires passion, dedication and experience — the same qualities we apply when selecting our ingredients and production techniques, which make our products truly unique

AIC creates and continuously updates, with the support of industry experts, a classification of food categories based on the risk of containing gluten.

Veganok

It is the most widely recognized ethical standard in the world, with tens of thousands of certified products and services both in Italy and abroad. It is present at the most important and authoritative fairs in the natural products sector and guarantees consumers the absence of ingredients of animal origin in every type of product.

Bio

The control bodies are authorized by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and are responsible for verifying the entire production process. They then grant the use of the certification mark, which can be applied on labels so that the products can be recognized as “products from organic farming.”.
